Dr. Pramod Sharma, B.E., M.Tech., Ph.D. | More Principal
Dr. Pramod Sharma is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with over 26 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, research, and institutional development. He is committed to advancing quality technical education, research, innovation, and student development.
His academic and research contributions include 161 technical research papers, 25 Scopus-indexed publications, 5 published textbooks, and 10 patents. He has successfully guided 10 Ph.D. scholars and 44 M.Tech. dissertations and has served as a Reviewer for 21 IEEE and Scopus-indexed conferences.
As Principal, Dr. Sharma provides strategic leadership with emphasis on academic excellence, faculty development, research and innovation, entrepreneurship, industry–academia collaboration, and student employability. His leadership philosophy is founded on integrity, discipline, innovation, continuous improvement, and student empowerment. I am a computer engineer and working in a public sector university as Professor/ Research director Read More in Pakistan. I obtained B.E. degree in Computer Systems Engineering, and M.E. in Communication System and Networks from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan in 2004, and 2014 respectively. In 2020, I secured Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Hohai University China.
My expertise includes computer architecture, wireless communication, robotics and control, signal processing, grid and distributed computing, computer hardware and networks, Deep learning, artificial intelligence, machine learning, neuro-fuzzy systems, Solid state devices, Data mining, and web applications.
Currently, I am an Associate Editor of more than 5 International SCI research journals including IEEE, MDPI, Hindawi, Springer, and Elsevier. In addition, acting as peer reviewer of more than 50 international journals and conference proceedings.
